Global Real Estate Sustainability Business Manager, Analyst

JPMorgan Chase Corporate Real Estate is responsible for a worldwide occupancy portfolio of 75 million square feet across 61 countries in over 6,500 properties.As a Business Manager in Global Real Estate, you will provide support to senior leaders within Property Management on matters related to sustainability, energy and strategy.This position requires support across all areas of Sustainability within Global Real Estate in all areas of the management of assigned properties to include; but not limited to contributing to projects analytics, preparation of communications, interactions with GRE and JPMC departments, GRE Suppliers and JPMC internal clients, monthly reporting and employing good sustainability practices. Provide administrative tasks including reports preparation, tracking of users' requests, and supervision of sub-contractors activities.Job Responsibilities:

Contribute content and data for the Firm's annual ESG report, including narrative summaries of sustainability projects and data collection for the preparation of the Firm's GHG inventory

Research new projects and technologies that further sustainability for use in the Firm's global portfolio

Actively manage global scale sustainability project initiatives from financial modeling and feasibility analysis through onsite execution and logistics coordination

Provide reporting on solar generation, utility markets, and other business metrics which will require collaboration and the solicitation of information from GRE staff and suppliers

Assist the GRE Property Management Team with tactical planning to accomplish the team's goals and objectives

Create and maintain presentations summarizing team objectives and progress towards the Firm's sustainability goals, which may include presentations to senior leadership

Ensure appropriate follow up with customers and suppliers to keep planned and ongoing projects on schedule

Work with management and staff with operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems, purchasing as necessary

Participate in standardizing company sustainable practices and green standard operating procedures

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelors Degree

Industry experience required in a corporate environment, real estate holding company or major consulting company. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Understanding of the GHG protocol, including how on-site real estate projects impact the Firm's emissions

Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills

Ability to manage and track large amounts of data, and to articulate a clear and meaningful message supported by this data

Passion for addressing sustainability, energy and renewables areas

Self-starter with the ability to meet or exceed deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and maintain flexibility in fast-paced, changing environment

High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and sense of urgency

Solid organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Advanced proficiency in MS Office

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelors Degree in STEM preferred
