This position will work closely with our global field leaders, enablement stakeholders, product managers as well as WWFE leadership to ensure that we set the right vision, supported by a strategy for our teams to help our customers solve key business problems and issues.This role will ensure our field roles have the best-in-class experience when it comes to executing the AWS Way of Selling and raises the bar on sales excellence, using our productivity/enablement tools and collaborating together as one team.Basic Qualifications7+years working in a technology company.3+ years leading people.Bachelor's Degree.Preferred QualificationsPassion for Sales Enablement and cloud technology driving business impact.Ability to leverage data to solve complex business problems.Expert in sales workflow and process design.Experience in user experience (UX) analysis and design.Experience building workflow solutions that meet the needs of sales roles.Business driven outcome focused with a strategic mindset.Deep understanding of enablement and learning methodologies e.g. ADDIE, 70:20:10Experience as a B2B Sales Professional or Enablement Leader.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $162,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $281,600/year in our highest geographic market.
