This role is within the Veterinary Services industry and will involve a range of HR-related duties. As an HR Assistant, you'll be a key part of our team, assisting with HR compliance, file management, onboarding/offboarding, and more.Responsibilities: Assist with HR compliance tasks, ensuring all company policies and regulations are adhered to Manage and organize HR files, maintaining an efficient and accurate record-keeping system Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, providing a smooth transition for all employees Conduct new hire orientations, introducing new employees to company culture and policies Coordinate health/drug screening processes, ensuring all employees meet necessary requirements Manage HRIS projects, utilizing your skills in 'HR (Human Resources)' and 'Filing' to improve our systems Take responsibility for mailroom services, ensuring all mail is sorted and delivered efficiently Operate independently while also functioning as an effective team player Pay close attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy in all areas of work.Requirements A Veterinary Services company is seeking an HR Coordinator for an ongoing contract engagement with opportunity for hire. This HR Coordinator will be responsible for: assisting HR compliance, file management, onboarding/offboarding, new hire orientations, health/drug screening coordinating, HRIS projects, mailroom services etc. Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
