Description Robert Half is working with growing business to find a talented Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the human resources department. Outline recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws

Amplify the organization's human resources department by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices

Support employees such that they follow all policies and procedures

Oversee all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team

Put in place management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures

Manage human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

Study compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits

Be present at interdepartmental meetings with other managers

Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records

Understand and implement applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conduct investigations, maintain records, and represent the organization at hearings

Oversee exit interviews and procedures

Assess reports provided by the HR team, team leaders and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs Requirements

5+ years of supervisory experience within human resources

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Wide knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration, compensation and wage structure

An understanding of the key principles of employment law and EEOC regulations

Strong organization skills

Comfortable with handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

8+ years in human resources

Solid understanding of HR software and strong familiarity of MS Office

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field

Impeccable ethics, integrity, and standards

PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications are desired

Ability to view issues without prejudice

Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
