Disabled employer seeks personal assistants for household tasks, personal care, medical tasks, and other daily life activities.
The position requires
-ability to lift 50 lb comfortably and perform various physicaltasks

Full time (preferred) or part time available. Looking for long term employees. Paid weekly at $20/hr. Health insurance, retirement benefits, PTO, and overtime available. Usually set weekly schedule, some flexibility available and required. Currently the typical schedule is 5 hour shifts (10:30 am - 3:30 pm, 6 pm to 11 pm), weekdays and weekends. Must be able to work some holidays. Also offering cover hours to people who would like to work when regular aides call out.
COVID and other infection cautious. The successful candidates will be vaccinated and boosted for COVID and willing to take precautions such as wearing a KN95 mask at work.

Duties include:
- Developing and maintaining organizational systems and planning
- Coordinating schedules and care tasks with other assistants and caregivers
- Direct assistance with personal care and basic activities of daily living such as hygiene, dressing, and feeding.
- Medical tasks - no experience necessary, training provided. Includes setting up tube feeds and IV infusions, administering medications, etc. These tasks require precision, focus, and fine manual dexterity to execute safely.
- Medical admin such as phone calls to doctors' offices and insurance company, keeping track of appointments, medical supply inventory, prescription refills etc. Must be able to communicate important medical information in a clear, professional, and accurate way, keep track of what calls were made, their outcome, and any follow up required.
- Household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, organizing, basic household maintenance, retrieving packages
- Driving and accompanying employer to medical appointments and other activities. Candidates without a driver's license may be considered if they are willing to swap shifts flexibly with other employees who have a license when necessary.
