This individual is responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for productivity products services across the Collaboration and Productivity (CAP) product portfolio. Productivity services include enabling end user self-service, asset inventory management, asset lifecycle configuration management, IAM compliance, reporting and analytics.

Creates the vision and roadmap for automation services based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domain.

Defines and prioritizes the features/epics in the automation program backlog, and articulating this to both stakeholders and development teams.

Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders and with other CAP Products Owners to understand their needs, ensure they are aligned on priorities to achieve portfolio objectives.

Supports and collaborates with the Portfolio Product Executive on financials throughout delivery.

Maintains oversight on delivery to ensure timely and relevant outcomes.

Drives continual service improvement based on data/metrics and user feedback.

Facilitate evolution of suitable application support and dev ops model for automation products and services.

Required Skills
