Manage a small team across Media Analytics
Manage timely delivery of paid media data for reporting, modeling, and optimization
Manage and provide process improvements to media data hierarchy and naming conventions
Manage the continued rollout of pre- and post-launch QA’s on newly launching media
campaigns and in-campaign optimizations .
Partner with Data Engineering teams on media data ingestion in internal databases and seek data
structure and process improvements
Lead analyses of media data to enhance learnings and improve accuracy of in-campaign
optimizations
Lead data governance and investigations when irregularities arise in media delivery data
Lead first party audience targeting management work in LiveRamp
Lead new technology evaluations on media delivery and optimization tools and solutions
Lead site analytics reporting, and ad-hoc data pulls from Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
4-year undergraduate degree in marketing, analytics, communications, or computer science;
Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media data analysis and ad operations is required
Experience in media technology and project management is preferred
Experience managing a small team is preferred
Experience with DoubleClick (DV360 & CM360), Facebook Ad Analytics, Integral Ad Science,
and other media analytics tools is required
Experience with Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Google Analytics, WebTrends, Localytics, or
another site analytics tool is required
Experience with Microsoft Tools (Excel, Powerpoint) is required
Experience with LiveRamp, Acxiom, or other audience management is preferred
Understanding of the digital media landscape with a focus on retail media networks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills, confident public speaking is a plus
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly
High levels of self-motivation and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task across numerous projects with many moving pieces
