Description We are on the lookout for an Office Manager to join our team in the Technology, Information, and Internet industry based in New York. This role offers a contract-to-hire employment opportunity and revolves around managing the daily operations of our NYC office. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office. Act as the main point of contact for all office related inquiries and needs. Monitor and manage incoming mail and packages. Oversee the ordering, stocking, and monitoring of office supplies according to the set budget. Keep a vigilant eye on the office for any facility-related issues. Supervise vendor work to ensure they are fulfilling their contractual obligations. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain and update customer credit records accurately. Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Manage and answer inbound calls providing excellent customer service.Requirements A NYC Technology, Information and Internet company is seeking a part time Office Manager and a contract basis with a potential opportunity for hire. This Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-today operations in their NYC office, oversee incoming mail/package, monitoring/ stocking/ ordering office supplies in alignment with their set budget, actively monitor the office for facility concerns, monitor vendor work to ensure they are fulfilling their obligations, serve as main point of contact for all NYC office needs/ questions. This candidate must have 2 years of previous experience and strong knowledge of Google Suite platforms. A candidate who will be successful in this role is self-motivated, willing to help out where needed, and highly organized.
