Microsoft Monetize Partner Sales Executive The Partner Sales Executive is responsible for managing and growing existing relationships with digital and Connected TV (CTV) publishers for Microsoft Monetize. We are looking for a sales executive with a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and a consistent record of growing revenue through proactive account maintenance, effective upselling, and trusted relationship development with publishers. Drive long-term partnership value by developing an understanding of clients’ business and technical challenges, operating environment, capabilities and goals as well as the advertising technology industry and competitive landscape
Engage in strategic conversations with senior- and C-level client executives to align goals and uncover growth opportunities
Leverage deep video-CTV knowledge and strategic insights to educate clients on best practices and industry trends, and proactively propose innovative solutions to meet their needs
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges, and providing tailored solutions that align with the Monetize tech stack
Deeply understand the Microsoft Monetize business and represent our product roadmap and strategy and how these translate into compelling joint opportunities with partners
Manage the entire account lifecycle from onboarding, implementation, optimization, to renewal and upsell, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Upsell new products and formats across the Monetize and MSA offering
Provide input from client feedback to cross-functional teams to help shape product roadmap
Align cross-functional teams and stakeholders in account vision and business delivery; drive indirect and direct resources through shared goals and outcomes
Some travel required
Knowledge/Skills:
Solid understanding of the digital advertising and the programmatic ecosystem. Deep experience in advertising platforms, technologies and products highly preferred
Critical thinking. Ability to prioritize among many tasks to drive maximum impact
Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity in a client-facing, consultative role developing complex accounts
Solid organization and execution skills. Ability to deliver under deadlines in complex environment and influence stakeholders
Ability to evaluate and self-assess your effort/work for key learnings and apply to future work
Solid verbal and written communication skills including ability to distill information into concise communication materials and the ability to tailor language and detail to the audience
Comfort analyzing data to draw inferences and make recommendations

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
8+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry
OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 5+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry
OR equivalent experience.
1+ year(s) experience with planning, budgeting, and other project management activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience would include the following: Deep Video-CTV knowledge, Programmatic advertising
Experience negotiating complex legal and technical agreements to mutually beneficial outcomes
Partner Account Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,300 - $180,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $140,900 - $199,000 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
