Working in this area, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimise outcomes in their deal-making processes.Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Advising clients on optimizing their working capital (e.g., Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, cash forecasting) to enhance financial performance and process effectiveness;

Working with a specialized Working Capital value creation team to support clients by providing data analysis, strategic insights and process improvement support throughout various phases of transactions with Private Equity and Corporate clients;

Conducting detailed financial analysis and working capital diagnostics to support deal strategy and execution;

Conducting transaction level data analysis to identify key levers for operational performance including data cleansing, preparation, analytics and visualization to highlight key improvement opportunities;

Developing what-if scenarios/models to test hypotheses and determine impacts to performance;

Conducting peer and industry benchmarks as well as leverage various third-party data sources to identify potential areas of focus;

Implementing improvement programs/strategies within Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and/or Inventory optimization;

Assisting in the preparation of client deliverables, including reports and presentations that communicate insights and recommendations;

Supporting due diligence processes by evaluating the working capital components of target companies;

Working with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and supply chain, to implement working capital improvement initiatives;

Monitoring industry trends and regulatory changes affecting working capital management and provide relevant insights to clients; and,

Working with financial modeling and data analysis tools.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
