Description We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our team in the non-profit sector located in New York. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity where you will be responsible for supporting our products, especially those related to Microsoft intunes, Microsoft mobile management, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other software. You will use your skills in Computer Hardware, Agile, Intune, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure to provide efficient and effective support to our clients.Responsibilities: Provide specialized support for our products, focusing on Microsoft intunes and Microsoft mobile management. Utilize SharePoint and OneDrive to manage and share documents and other content related to product support. Leverage your knowledge of Computer Hardware to troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues. Apply Agile methodologies to manage your work efficiently and respond quickly to changes in requirements or circumstances. Use your skills in Intune, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure to support clients in using these platforms effectively. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action to address any issues or concerns. Process customer applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with other team members to improve our product support processes and tools. Requirements Must have a deep understanding and working knowledge of Computer Hardware. Proficiency in Agile methodologies is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and its applications in a non-profit setting is required. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, including its implementation and management, is necessary. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its various applications is a must. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner is crucial. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for this role. Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Prior experience in a non-profit organization will be considered an advantage. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and the ability to work under pressure is required. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
