PwC’s Workforce Portfolio is a suite of SaaS solutions that address digital upskilling, automation, people analytics, & other areas. This role supports customer activation, deployments & sales enablement with particular focus on product connectivity & integration. The Associate of Activation and Deployment works with account teams to focus on customer specific program needs (i.e. license, access, product integrations) & to familiarize customers with the product from a technical perspective.Job Requirements and Preferences :Basic Qualifications :Minimum Degree Required :Bachelor DegreeAdditional Educational Requirements :Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.Minimum Years of Experience :3 year(s)Preferred Qualifications :Degree Preferred :Master DegreePreferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success, as both an individual contributor and team member by:Applying advanced capabilities in Excel (sheets), PowerPoint and whiteboarding tools;

Managing multiple projects under tight deadlines utilizing creative thinking and problem-solving skills;

Communicating effectively (verbal and written) with an ability to build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging customer interactions and meetings;

Interpreting customer contracts and configure product environments pursuant to contractual requirements;

Documenting and communicating all steps for activation, progress made in activation, and issues that may arise with customers in real time to both management and the customers themselves;

Leading and facilitating the activation of customers, working directly with customers as well as internal stakeholders;

Performing bi-weekly user acceptance testing to ensure code is ready for deployment;

Assisting and supporting sales team by updating internal ProEdge environments to facilitate successful demos;

Working with the customer success team and account executives to understand customers content and technical needs;

Providing customer consultations on product features and capabilities;

Maintaining administrative tools and identifying and sharing areas of opportunity for product improvement;

Developing a thorough understanding of our product portfolio, assisting in sales presentations and online demonstrations of our products; and,

Exhibiting a base knowledge of SQL, as well as experience with SaaS support.
