Property Inspector

Innovative Field Services is looking for reliable field inspectors in Connecticut. We perform interior and exterior inspections, as well as insurance inspections for the mortgage companies. Must be able to abide by client requirements. This is subcontracted (1099) work.

Potential candidate must have a smart phone, clean license, volt stick, car, yard stick, selfie stick, and good work ethic. Also, you must be able to pass a background check. Pay is auto-deposited weekly. Schedule is flexible as long as orders are completed on time.

Normal payment terms of the contract is 15 to 20 days after receipt of invoice.Qualifications
