Job DescriptionAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in data and reporting platforms, ideally within the banking or financial services industry. This role is responsible for leading product development efforts in collaboration with engineering teams, while engaging with senior stakeholders and executive clients. As a critical member of our product management team, you will manage the entire product lifecycle, from requirements elicitation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and tight timelines.Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management & Client Communications

 Work directly with senior clients, including upper management and executives, to understand strategic needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.

 Present product roadmaps, updates, and deliverables to stakeholders, adapting messaging to suit the audience level.

 Establish and nurture strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and alignment with business objectives.

 Create and oversee testing plan for stakeholders to complete as part of go live

 Conduct regular demos to showcase completed features and gather feedback

 Lead stakeholders through testing, including dry run and go live activities.

 Manage stakeholder escalations related to scope creep.

Product Development & Agile Delivery:

o Own the product vision and roadmap for the reporting workstreams.o Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in collaboration with the development team to ensure timely delivery. Operate in an agile environment, leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies to keep projects on track. Support, assist and oversee junior Product owners with story creation. Coordinate with engineering and QA teams to ensure product requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and features. Assist teams in removing blockers and questions that could likely include reporting / data investigations. Ensuring development completion of go live scope Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage timelines to meet high-stakes project deadlines.

Technical Collaboration:

 Work closely with engineering teams to oversee the implementation of product requirements and facilitate with engineering leads to provide technical support during development.

 Ensure the scalability, security, and compliance of the platform by maintaining a high level of technical oversight and product integrity.

 Demonstrate a solid understanding of data platforms and reporting infrastructures, facilitating productive discussions with developers.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

 Conduct data analysis to support product decisions, utilizing basic to intermediate SQL skills for data extraction and interpretation.

 Support / creation of report logic / requirement documents.

Advanced degree or MBA is a plus. Experience leading technology projects based on objectives and defined timelines. Nice to Have: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or advanced analytics. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and executive clients. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and quality. Ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, and user expectations. Strong ability to work and communicate with business analysts, user researchers, architects, and development teams on requirements, implementation approaches, and solutions. Ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects while adapting to shifting priorities. Openness to workday flexibility, agility, remote work environments, and leveraging new tools Proven track record of managing new requirements, shifting priorities, and resourcing to maintain project delivery and timelines nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
