Job DescriptionExciting opportunity at MSK: Join our team as aResearch Project Associate! We’re looking for a dynamic clinical research professional to support ourEarly Drug Development service, MSK’s Phase 1 research team. This role will focus on overseeing the pre-study start-up process for all protocols within the service. Role Overview:

Perform data collection and data analysis for research projects, databases, and research protocols within the service.

Responsible for study start-up data/project management activities leading up to the protocol activation core team, including creating study tools and tracking service-specific metrics.

Will serve as the liaison between Sponsors and the service during the pre-study start-up phase.

Participate in special projects and task forces as determined by management.

Key Qualifications:

2-4 years of Clinical Research/Project Management experience.

Core Skills:

Extensive knowledge and understanding of the regulations pertaining to human subject protection (including 21 CFR and 45 CFR 46 of the United States Code of Federal Regulations) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Outstanding attention to detail and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.

Critical thinking and problem-solving to ensure unforeseen issues are handled appropriately and resolved in a timely fashion.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact across all levels in a confident, professional manner.

Enthusiasm and dedication to MSK's vision, mission, and values.
