Develop and maintain SAP applications using Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) language, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ABAP development.
Design, customize, and optimize SAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) to meet business needs.
Debug and troubleshoot ABAP programs, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated on SAP technologies and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and providing technical support to end-users.
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

3+ years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer with a strong understanding of SAP modules and architecture.
Proficient in ABAP programming language, SAP development tools, and debugging techniques.
Solid knowledge of SAP integration technologies, including IDOCs, RFC, and BAPIs.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

This is a remote position
Preferred
SAP ABAP certification.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development.
Exposure to SAP Cloud Platform and SAP BW.
Familiarity with SAP security principles and authorization concepts.
