The Billing Product/Product Development function team is focused on performing front-to-back reviews of Securities Services products and operations with the aim of streamlining straight through billing processing via technology development and ensuring proper (and accurate) end to end billing of all services through improvements in operational workflows. As a Product Vice President in Pricing and Billing yourself and the team are expected to coordinate closely with operations, client services and technology to construct a plan of remediation that addresses the billing function challenges and lays out an agreed upon roadmap that can shared with the wider product areas for review and buy in.As a result of the proposed cross product efforts focused on streamlining both the Billing operations and technology landscape, we are seeking a project manager/business analyst who will have responsibility for driving data analytics, coordinating with our billing partners to determine execution/planning approach and constructing/delivering outbound communication channels to stakeholders to ensure buy in & commitment.Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with global functions across Securities Services to define the current process, system and organizational landscape and identify key challenges and opportunities related to tactical and strategic billing solutions.

Coordinate with client facing and product stakeholders to outline and define billing requirements related to client onboarding activities and new product development.

Mine and analyze data to identify trends and areas of opportunity (i.e.: business case development & confirmation) to help support recommendations for operational and technology improvements.

Develop and document front-to-back business process flows and business requirements (where necessary).

Provide status updates to broader team and senior managers via various billing governance forums.

Provide effective communication & coordination of all change ensuring that the relevant business, operations and technology stakeholders are engaged and that all issues and risks are identified and escalated

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

5 minimum years of experience in a financial services, strategy/management consulting, operations or technology environment, with a focus in strategy, change and/or project management

Previous experience of large strategic programs from an Investment Bank, Corporate Bank or Management Consultancy background desirable

Expertise in data analysis in support of business or use case development

Logical, structured approach to planning, problem solving and decision-making

Strong risk and controls awareness

Effective presentation skills and advanced PowerPoint user

Ability to communicate clearly and confidently; able to influence internal and external stakeholders; confidence in communicating with senior management
