Vice President, Product Manager - Payment Experiences

Chase is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Payment Experiences Product team. You will focus on improving digital payment experiences to drive consumer adoption and engagement across Chase's payments portfolio. You will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing the performance of key payment experiences across web and mobile screens that are visited by millions of customers every day. You will also be responsible for coordinating resources across one or more projects, monitoring project progress (risks & issues), adjusting resources and priorities accordingly, preparing and presenting progress reports for management, collecting, documenting, and archiving all required development artifacts, and ensuring technologies are integrated properly.You must have a proven track record of impactful feature delivery, experience executing in a highly matrixed environment with significant cross-impact, be highly organized, a strong communicator, an excellent relationship builder, flexible in a fast-paced environment, and a self-starter.Job Responsibilities

Define requirements for critical flows and infrastructure within the overall product; work with engineers, architects, and designers to build the optimal build and UX strategies.

Maintain a risk and controls-first mindset. Maintain close partnership with legal, risk, compliance, and controls partners at all times to ensure a shared understanding of all approved requirements.

Own the product roadmap for your flows, mapping cross-impact, winning commitments, structuring work in Jira, and driving execution and delivery across multiple teams.

Work regularly with your 'quad' partners (engineering, analytics, design) to drive progress, solve problems, and continuously iterate.

Work in an Agile manner, writing lean user stories and requirements that drive efficient development with technology partners, software engineering, or database/application architects.

Maintain deep knowledge of area product vision, strategy, roadmap, technical implementation, and operations.

Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays proactively and begin mitigation planning immediately.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

7+ years of experience in financial services, digital, product management, and/or Agile software development.

5+ years of experience in a product role with a track record of feature and/or entire product delivery.

Strong knowledge of payment networks and market dynamics.

Self-starter with a clear vision of the efficient and effective way to get things done and an iterative mindset to try, fail, and pivot as needed; with a sense of ease in ambiguity and a passion for creating order out of chaos.

Proven success in collaborating, influencing, and driving decisions with multiple stakeholders, including team members across product, technology, and design.

Highly collaborative and capable of managing large, complex, cross-functional projects.

Strong written/verbal communication skills.
