Description Our client, a highly successful international manufacturing company, is currently looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. Responsibilities of this position will include:
Handling month-end close activities including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement analysis
Maintaining general ledger and ensuring accuracy of financial records
Identifying opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency
Handling monthly and quarterly reports
Supporting periodic audits by preparing the necessary documents and schedules
Managing ad hoc projects as necessary
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 3 years of experience. Manufacturing experience is a plus. Must be proficient in ONESOURCE. This position will go to an analytical thinker, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to work successfully both individually and as part of a team.
