You will implement testing strategies and continuously optimize performance. You will work across web, media, social, email, event and other channels to implement integrated campaign strategies while collaborating with leaders across the GTM organization (brand, industry, product, partner & country). Your Impact

Manage performance against a defined set of campaign KPIs and be responsible for driving leads, conversion, pipeline and revenue growth

Reach new buyers and new logos with compelling digital journeys

Champion new ideas and ways of working across our growing marketing team

QualificationsYour Skills & Experience

Experience in B2B marketing with a focus on performance marketing across multiple channels

Comfortable engaging with new technologies, including GenAI tools

Proven track record of successfully building and launching integrated global marketing campaigns

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking – ability to adjust strategies based on performance results

Exceptional collaboration skills – can skillfully coordinate and problem solve across cross-functional teams and fosters highly productive local and global relationships

Experience building audiences through data and personalizing experiences

Understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms

A growth mindset – constantly consuming and understanding audience insights, buyer trends, market research and data forecasts

A self-starter, motivated and a natural collaborator. This person understands the importance of both a digital and traditional multi-channel approach

Additional InformationPay Range: $75,000 - $100,000The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.Benefits of Working Here:
