Grow your career as a Senior Compliance Risk Lead with an innovative global bank in New York, NY or Tampa, FL. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week. Will serve as a senior lead responsible for compliance risk management consent order remediation delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Senior Lead in a large global project to re-implement responsibilities for Compliance Risk Management across front-line units and business unit globally.
  • Work closely with a wide range of teams across the bank in carrying out this work and they will be responsible for leading engagement with specific senior stakeholders and for troubleshooting any problems or concerns raised by stakeholders during the implementation.
  • Structure and action a plan to re-implement Compliance Risk Management roles and responsibilities across front-line units and business unit. This will involve a significant amount of liaison, trouble-shooting, oversight and organisation supplemented by a framework to measure the effectiveness of the implementation of the roles.


Qualifications:
  • Both Business Analysis and Project Management skills. Able to develop a strong understanding of the subject matter, which will involve negotiating with the detail of roles and responsibilities across the organisation, to enable them to identify and gain agreement on solutions to any concerns raised.
  • Need a blend of PM BA with Financial Services preferable in the risk space.
  • Need strong documentation, communication and influence skills.
  • Robust problem-solving skills and able to exercise sound judgment.
