About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant on our Shared Services Operations (SSO) Audit Team. The line of business functions covered by the SSO Audit Team include Payments Operations and Transformation, Real Estate Valuation Services, Regulatory Utilities, Enterprise Business Process Management and Automation, and Global Delivery Enablement. The SSO Audit Team also owns the Operations Coverage Strategy and oversees coverage of Enterprise Operations across the Audit Department, including Wholesale Operations and Consumer Operations. Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management

Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions

Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational

Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans

Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership

Demonstrate credible challenge

Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise

Present proposals to leadership and solicit feedback from stakeholders to inform recommendations.

Communicate with leadership in formal presentations.

Supervise and manage assigned initiatives.

Develop and maintain solid business relationships at all levels of the organization.

Required Qualifications, US:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

A BS/BA degree or higher

Solid knowledge and understanding of audit or risk methodologies and supporting tools

Strong understanding of financial regulatory environment

Certification in one or more of the following: CPA, CAMS, CRCM, CIA, CISA, or Commissioned Bank Examiner designation

Experience at a financial institution or accounting firm

Experience leading and providing feedback to staff on audit projects or engagements

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels.

Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.

Solid problem solving skills.

Ability to execute in a fast paced, cross-functional, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 10%
