Description We are offering a contract for a Staff Accountant position in the Fintech industry, located in New York, New York. The workplace is dynamic and fast-paced, where you will play a key role in maintaining and processing financial records.Responsibilities: Processing and managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Undertaking Bank Reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. Conducting thorough Account Analysis to understand financial status. Handling Accruals to record revenues and expenses accurately. Conducting Month-End Close activities to finalize records for the month. Using NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks. Regularly updating General Ledger to reflect accurate financial status. Recording Journal Entries to document financial transactions.
