Take preventive action to safeguard the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Direct and supervise all installed systems and infrastructure
Team up with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Write down and keep up custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
Oversee and review application performance for potential bottlenecks, define possible solutions, and join forces with developers to realize those fixes
Ensure 2nd and 3rd level support
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
Be a part of the development of design of information and operational support systems Requirements - Applicants with solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks are preferred
Applicants should have solid scripting skills
Applicants should have experience with automation software
Disaster recovery experience
Expertise in Windows Server 2019
VMware experience
