Required qualifications

Currently pursuing an MBA with approximately 3+ years of relevant work experience in finance, consulting, or a related field.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrate inclusivity, and embrace diverse perspectives.

Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to all audiences while leveraging relevant data to generate insights and innovative solutions.

Intellectual curiosity, the ability to take initiative and drive execution, and advanced analytical and problem-solving skills within a dynamic and evolving business landscape.

Exhibits an agile and growth-oriented mindset.

Possesses strong commercial awareness and has a desire to make a positive impact on global companies as well as domestic businesses, contributing to their long-term success.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in public accounting, corporate finance, or as a business analyst.

Knowledge of approaches to process improvement, financial planning and analysis, financial modeling or data analytics, cost optimization, budgeting or forecasting, or other approaches to help clients make better business decisions.

Knowledge or experience in the following focus areas: finance transformation, performance management, shared service and outsourcing, financial systems optimization and/or enterprise process improvement.

We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The weekly pay for this job, in the US, is $3,500. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
