Our Advisory team responds to our Client's needs and provide leadership and strategic guidance when and where it is needed the most.Serve as a technical resource that leverages your knowledge, skills, and experience to help deliver results to clients. Lead and support a variety of global cyber operations and advisory engagements Ability to clearly communicate technical findings to a variety of clients and internal stakeholders Develop and present comprehensive and accurate reports, trainings and presentations for both technical and executive audiences. Work with clients security and IT operations teams to guide implementation and strategic program maturity roadmaps Effectively communicate findings and strategies to technical staff, executive leadership, legal counsel, and to both internal and external clients Collaborate with consulting and managed services partners to build and execute plans. Understanding customer business drivers and strategies, architectures, cloud adoption roadmaps, operating models, KPI, to measure and monitor benefits realization. Support the development of proposals and statements of work for Kroll clients Support the development of new business opportunities Contribute to the development and advancement of complex cybersecurity engagements Build presentations for diverse audiences, ranging from private industry to law enforcement Foster client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance Escalate client issues appropriately that could threaten or enhance opportunity to the Kroll/client relationshipQUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or similar advanced degree is preferred 8 years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity CISSP, CISA, CISM, CIPM, CIPP certifications preferred Has a passion for security and enjoys solving problems Prior consulting experience a big plus In-depth knowledge of the security threat landscape, control frameworks and compliance strategies Fluent in enterprise resource planning and business process analysis Strong team, project and client management experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Flexible team player, with strong interpersonal skills A critical thinker and problem solver with attention to detail and adaptability.
