The Vice President, Performance Media will be responsible for activating digital strategic plan development and all aspects of implementation. This individual will learn and embody Zenith’s vision of Live ROI as a mantra and manage several direct reports.ResponsibilitiesFiscal Accountability:Oversees financial management across client portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring accounts meet targets.Strategy, Testing, & Innovation:Defines the go-to market performance strategy cross-channel to drive accelerated growth, how we implement a rigorous test & learn agenda to refine and enhance media, and how we stay abreast of the latest trends & advancements to maintain a competitive edgeClient Communication: Fosters strong relationships as primary point of contact and senior advisor to clients, providing strategic insights, addressing challenges, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retentionTeam Leadership: Lead, inspire, retain, and develop performance team, coaching VPs/Directors as senior leaders and contribute to succession planningThought Leadership: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and leverage insights to drive innovation. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing thought leadership initiatives, including presentations, articles, and speaking engagements, to shape industry trends and set new standards.Operational Excellence: Ensures operational efficiency within the programmatic team by establishing, refining, and maintaining processes, systems, and best practices to deliver high-quality and consistent performance across all client accounts.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred but not required

10+ years of account management experience in performance media; client side or agency side preferred

7+ years of demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering innovation and collaboration

Extensive experience managing large-scale performance media campaigns

Expert understanding of channel landscape, buying platforms and new/evolving product offerings

Demonstrated problem solving, organization, and project management skills

Ability to develop and implement comprehensive performance media strategies aligned with client goals

High proficiency in creating and delivering impactful presentations to senior stakeholders, ensuring complex information is communicated effectively

High attention to detail and the ability to move at an agile pace, capable of managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
