Join us at razorfish.com .Job DescriptionRazorfish VP of Program Management lead with empathy and direct focus on the broad success of the team, being accountable for the delivery team's organization, operational efficiencies, and health within their account(s). They collaborate across multiple stakeholders to inspire a "shared vision" for the combined Client and Razorfish project team. The VP, Program Management is capable of running increasingly larger and more complex programs for a client, or portfolio of programs across multiple clients and agencies, and do so with the ability to adapt quickly to change. VPs are actively mentoring and coaching next generation Program Managers are committed to growing others in their discipline.Responsibilities:

Lead delivery of Agile engagements across different programs to deliver best in class outcomes for clients Partner with clients to achieve their business transformation outcomes by guiding internal leaders and external senior stakeholders on leveraging agile methods for engineering transformation, digital strategy, new product innovation, and other marketing transformation initiatives

Ensure program and/or portfolio success by defining the most suitable methods for engagement delivery Focus on delivering value to end customers early and often.

Guide the team on product engineering and ensure evidence-based continuous improvement of value, flow, and quality

Achieve metrics including client outcomes, and commercials including leakage, burn rate, revenue &, margins, etc, to support account health and planning within the industry vertical Create a positive team environment where autonomy, mastery, and purpose are promoted through coaching, individual development, and performance standards

Drive a team culture of value-based delivery, self-organization, and empowerment Contribute to the development of the Agile Project Management craft and community through training/mentoring others, knowledge sharing, and best practices Help clients plan, evolve facilitate budget planning and scoping efforts, lead writing and proposal sales efforts,

Qualifications

10-15 years experience managing multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast paced environment with a background in pharmaceutical.

Specialty: Some Pharma &, digital/website background would be ideal

  • Examine and evaluate internal controls in key technology risk areas to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable rules, laws, and regulations. Execute audit strategies for technology areas by developing audit programs and performing audit fieldwork, including system documentation, evaluations, interviews, and technical analysis for applications. Identify control deficiencies and propose appropriate corrective measures designed to strengthen internal controls, operational and technical policies and procedures, and other weaknesses identified during audits. Lead the preparation of clear and concise audit work-papers and IT audit reports summarizing scope, methodology, and significant conclusions of audit procedures performed within prescribed time frames. Conduct audit planning and closing meetings with Internal Audit Management, focusing on IT and financial service applications, and communicate results of the audits to both audit and client management. Identify potential IT issues and their risk levels, provide remedial recommendations, and develop action plans to mitigate risk. Requirements:Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field, plus three years of experience in the position offered or as IT Audit Manager or IT Audit Senior Manager.One year of the required experience must have included participating in and project managing technology audits including risk assessments, audit planning, audit testing, control evaluation, report drafting, and follow up and verification of issue closure; knowledge of SDLC concepts, financial services, financial reporting, change management, incident management, identity and access management; applying professional standards including IIA, ISACA, and SSAE 16; knowledge of COBIT and controls around third-party governance and oversight; reviewing ITGC and controls around information security to perform IT risk identification, IT risk assessment, risk response mitigation, and risk and control monitoring reporting; and working with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and cloud computing in a complex distributed computing environment. This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York, NY office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.
