Our beliefs and purpose inspire how we take care of our people—prioritizing your health and well-being across every stage of your personal and professional life.OverviewThe Vice President, Talent and Organizational Development will help drive the development and implementation of innovative, creative, high-impact learning and talent development solutions for multiple agencies across Publicis Health.Responsibilities

Identify and assess leadership development needs using a range of methods including assessment tools, talent review discussions, etc.

Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.

Deliver leadership development programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance key leadership skills.

Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to identify high-potential employees and create strategies to drive their development.

Support and coach senior leaders, providing guidance on leadership best practices and development opportunities.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in leadership and talent development.

Qualifications

12 years’ experience within talent development, ideally in a matrix organization

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s in organizational development, organizational psych, or similar preferred

Experience designing, implementing, and measuring effective training and development programs

Strong stakeholder management skills, with specific experience in guiding senior leaders through change

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization

Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with HR, leadership, and other departments to achieve shared objectives

Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
