We are a quickly growing company and seek team members who are hands-on and have significant experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
Bien Cuit is looking for a bakery associate to join our team!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comprehensively selling our unique line of baked goods
Expertly making coffee, espresso and tea beverages
Staying informed on all menu items. Remembering all ingredients and important production procedures of all items
Carefully packaging cakes
Accurately handling cash at POS
Ensuring work space and retail space are clean and organized at all times
Restock retail items
Complying with all DOH regulations

Ability to think quickly and problem-solve
Highly skilled and consistent in all areas of coffee and tea service
Able to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and organization behind the bar
Able to communicate effectively with management, peers and guests
Customer service oriented/ friendly personality
EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES:
1+ years’ experience and proven technical expertise as a barista and counterperson
General knowledge of register/point of sale systems
Ability to multitask
Must be able to work weekends
