Partybus Bakeshop is looking to add a part time Retail Associate to our team this season for additional weekend coverage.
Start date: Immediate
Hourly rate: Commensurate with Experience, range = $18-22/hour plus tips
Tentative schedule, weekend availability required!

Saturday 11a-5p
Sunday 7a-1p
Monday 7a-1p
Retail Associate responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Maintain a welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient front-facing service style
- Answer customer questions, take orders, and ring them up on Square POS
- Pack wholesale orders and coordinate with delivery staff to ensure deliveries are made in an accurate, timely, and professional manner
- Maintain an organized and clean bakery display case
- Aid in keeping the shop tidy both inside and out, including daily sweeping and dishwashing, completing weekly/monthly cleaning tasks, following opening/closing checklists, dropping off and picking up laundry, etc.
- Monitor and restock paper goods and disposables; unpack and organize receivables
- Upkeep of delivery platform menu availability (GrubHub/Seamless & DoorDash/Caviar)
- Communicate with Managers any time-sensitive concerns (equipment, food product, customer, staffing, etc.)
- Field incoming cold calls, custom requests, wholesale inquiries, etc. and communicate inquiries to a manager
- Assist with BOH prep tasks (such as filling croissants, scooping cookies, cutting biscuits, frosting, etc.)

Please keep in mind that as a retail business, we are open nearly 365 days/year, with few exceptions. Please expect to work some holidays, but note that we do our best to make the schedule fair for everyone and rotate holiday coverage.
