Looking For A Skilled Bar manager
Duties include:
Creating & Batching out specialty drinks , Mix cocktails according to recipes, clean and organize bar, knowledge of classics cocktails, Suggest menu items, upsell beverages, understand dietary restrictions of our guests, opening and closing side work, run food and drinks, work under pressure in a high volume craft cocktail bar, help with scheduling, handling guest complaints & inventory management.
