We are a local French cafe/restaurant located in the LES.
We are looking for, generally, someone that can:
-Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the floor, ensuring smooth service and exceptional customer experience.
- Learn the menus, beverages and food, to upsell and be able to describe items.
- Train, be a mentor, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and uphold company standards.
- Monitor, control and maintaining stock levels.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the management and the entire team.
Requirements:
! Having a DOH Certification is a MUST!
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience in New York City.
- Proven track record of leadership and management in a fast-paced bar environment.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, red and white French wine is REQUIRED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Be punctual and reliable.
