Anatoli 56, a new Greek Bistro in Midtown East, is seeking a skilled and personable bartender to bring our vibrant bar program to life. With a focus on fresh takes on classic Greek dishes, we are creating a space that pairs exceptional cuisine with a thoughtfully curated drink menu.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, wine, and other beverages with precision and creativity.
Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
Maintain bar inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies.
Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Collaborate with the team on new cocktail recipes and seasonal menu offerings.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced bar or upscale dining environment.
Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail creation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
A passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
