Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
Maintain high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly during service hours, including managing a dynamic team.
Monitor inventory and collaborate on menu development.
Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a clean, efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in upscale or Greek cuisine.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
Passion for culinary innovation and attention to detail.
