We’re on the hunt for a skilled Cake Decorator who has a flair and experience working with Fondant and a love for creating edible masterpieces! Whether you’re sculpting custom birthday cakes, wedding centerpieces, or seasonal showstoppers, this is your chance to bring sweet visions to life.
What You’ll Do:
Decorate cakes using fondant, buttercream, and other mediums to meet high design standards, Birthday Cakes, Wedding Cakes, Special Occasions cakes, etc.
Sculpt custom figures, patterns, and 3D designs with precision and creativity
Collaborate with our fun-loving bakery team on daily production in a fast-paced commercial environment
Ensure all products meet our quality, consistency, and safety standards
Should feel comfortable work efficiently under pressure while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience with fondant work and cake decoration (portfolio or photos a big plus!)
-Ability to thrive in a busy commercial bakery setting—quick hands and a cool head are a must.
-Creativity, reliability, and a team-first attitude
-Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask
-Flexibility with schedule—weekend availability must, Saturday evening.
Skills:
Proficiency in cake decoration techniques and artistry.
Experience in baking, particularly in the food industry or pastry settings.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with culinary tools such as knives, mixers, and decorating equipment.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines for orders.
Creative mindset with the ability to innovate new cake designs for catering events.
