Following the success of our original location, Emmett’s, Emmett’s on Grove is a Midwest inspired supper club offering tavern style pizza, reimagined Italian classics, and an unparalleled beverage program. Celebrating the spirit of a classic American Tavern with European influences, we pair the warmth of a neighborhood restaurant with an elevated experience of a New York dining destination.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: commensurate with experience
Flexible 4-5 day scheduling with consecutive days off
PTO after 6 months of employment

Responsibilities:
Act as liaison between guests, staff and management
Oversee service in conjunction with the Maitre d’ and A/GM
Assist A/GM in motivating staff to achieve organizational and operational objectives
Inspire exceptional guest service while creating a fun and memorable ambiance
Be an ambassador for Emmett’s and Emmett’s on Grove
Requirements:
Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
Minimum of 1 year in a service leadership role at a restaurant
Wines & beverage knowledge
Demonstrated interest in the hospitality industry
