We are hiring a Head Omakase Chef to lead our traveling omakase counter. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience at an omakase counter, with strong knowledge of Japanese fish and traditional service. (Japanese language skills are a plus but not required.)
This is a contract role for a traveling pop-up. Travel and housing are fully covered. Salary: $1,800–$2,000 per week + tips.
We are seeking chefs with the ability to travel and live outside of NYC for 2-4 months.
