About the Concept

Sushi Chef – Immersive Japanese Supper Club

We’re not just a restaurant—we’re an immersive Japanese Supper Club that fuses upscale cuisine, nightlife energy, and live performances into one unforgettable experience. Think dancers, DJs, and surprise acts—all alongside beautifully crafted sushi.

We’re looking for a Sushi Chef who thrives on precision, artistry, and performance. Someone who can deliver flawless nigiri, rolls, and specialty creations while bringing flair and creativity to the plate.

The Experience

This is more than service—it’s a show. Our menu is Japanese-inspired, with signature sushi offerings and visually stunning presentations designed to complement a high-energy, late-night atmosphere.

Weekly Schedule

Thursday–Saturday Nights

Show Service: 8:00PM–11:00PM (Saturday has an early and late show)

À la Carte Service: Until 2:00AM

Admin/Prep Day (Sunday or Monday, flexible): Ordering, inventory, and prep.

Private Events: Scheduled separately; additional pay per event.

Compensation

Base Salary: $80,000/year (covers Thursday–Saturday shows + 1 admin day)

Private Event Bonus: $750 per event

Who You Are

Experienced sushi chef with strong technical skills and eye for detail

Passionate about Japanese cuisine and creative plating

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, nightlife-driven environment

Reliable, organized, and able to keep cool under pressure

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality sushi and small plates with precision and speed

Create visually striking, guest-facing dishes that fit the theatrical atmosphere

Maintain consistency, cleanliness, and timing during live shows

Support inventory, prep, and ordering with the kitchen team

Collaborate with chefs, FOH leads, and performers to enhance the guest experience

Customize offerings for private events when needed
