Open Roles & Schedules
1) Lead Line Cook — 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (2 positions) (Tue–Sun)
Focus: AM prep leadership + baking/bread-making (doughs, breads, batters), station setup, and smooth lunch service.
What you’ll do
Lead morning prep; set par levels; keep the line organized and stocked.
Mix/shape/bake breads & Empanadas; maintain consistent quality and yield.
Cook, season, and plate our core menu to spec; manage ticket flow.
Train/support junior cooks; uphold food safety and cleanliness.
Communicate with FOH/management on specials, 86s, and prep needs.
What you bring
2+ years line cook experience, including baking or bread-making (professional preferred).
Strong knife skills, recipe accuracy, and time management.
Local Food Handler (or willing to obtain within 30 days).
Able to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods; reliable, punctual.
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
2) Closing Line Cook — 5:00 PM–Close (2 positions) (Tue–Sun)
Focus: Dinner service execution + full closing duties.
What you’ll do
Work hot/fry/grill stations; maintain pace and quality during dinner rush.
Monitor temps, labeling, and rotation; keep a clean, safe line.
Execute full closing checklist: breakdown, deep clean, labeling, storage.
Report prep gaps and maintenance issues; restock for next day.
What you bring
1–2 years line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
Strong station discipline and cleaning standards.
Food safety certificate (or obtain within 30 days).
Weekend/holiday availability.
3) Cashier (2 positions) — 12:00 PM–9:00 PM (Tue–Sun)
Focus: Guest service, order accuracy, and clean, welcoming counter.
What you’ll do
Greet guests, take orders (POS), handle cash/cards, and pack to-go orders.
Maintain menu knowledge; suggest favorites and combos.
Keep FOH spotless: counters, beverage station, dining area, restrooms.
Support expo during rush; communicate 86s and wait times clearly.
What you bring
6+ months in customer service or cashiering (restaurant preferred).
Friendly, clear communication; accurate cash handling.
Team-first attitude; stays calm under pressure.
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
