Position Overview:
We’re hiring an experienced Pasta Line Cook to join our kitchen crew. You’ll be responsible for preparing and plating pasta dishes with precision during high-volume service. This is a key role on our line, and we’re offering $30/hour or the right candidate.
What You’ll Do:
- Cook pasta dishes to order during service with speed and consistency
- Keep your station prepped, clean, and organized throughout the shift
- Handle ingredients properly and follow kitchen protocols
- Communicate with the team to keep service smooth and efficient
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year experience working a busy line — Italian or pasta-focused experience is a big plus
- Strong knowledge of pasta cooking techniques, timing, and plating
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for the duration of your shift
- Team-focused with a strong work ethic
