The Red Hook Lobster Pound at beach 97th concession stand is hiring.
We are hiring Prep-Cooks and Line Cooks.
Duties include: setting up and stocking stations, preparing food for service, following recipes, meeting department of health and food safety standards at all times, keeping track of temperatures, FIFO, communicating closely with other team members and management. Positive attitude.
Weekend availability mandatory Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. 1-2 years experience preferred. But we will train the right person.
All positions require.
knife skills, ability to follow directions and recipes. multi-tasking, a positive attitude, adhere to safety measures, follow all DOH health requirements, experience working in a fast casual restaurant environment, must provide stellar customer service, all positions will interact with customers.
