The Ribbon has been a neighborhood staple since 2015, known for American Fusion cuisine, premium meats, fresh seafood, sushi, and one of the city’s most exciting beverage programs. We are seeking a driven, reliable, and hands-on Restaurant Manager who is eager to increase sales, train and motivate staff, and ensure smooth, consistent operations.

Reliable and organized, with a proven track record of follow-through
Sales-minded, always looking for ways to increase check averages and revenue
Strong trainer and mentor, able to coach staff for excellence in service
Confident in implementing and enforcing policies and procedures
Skilled in inventory management and cost control
Familiar with Toast POS (including timecards, tips, and reporting) and 7shifts scheduling
A leader who inspires accountability and elevates the guest experience
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily FOH operations and support BOH coordination
Hire, train, and mentor FOH staff including hosts and servers
Manage scheduling, timecards, and shift accountability via 7shifts
Conduct and maintain accurate inventory for beverages and smallwares
Control operational costs and identify waste-reduction opportunities
Lead staff meetings and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
Supervise delivery operations (Grubhub, DoorDash, Uber Eats, OWNER.COM)
Partner with ownership on marketing, events, and community engagement
Uphold brand standards and ensure policies/procedures are consistently followed
