We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sous Chef to join our talented culinary team. In this role, you will oversee the preparation and execution of high-quality banquets, ensuring exceptional presentation, taste, and consistency. You will play a key part in leading a kitchen in a high volume multi room facility maintaining a smooth and efficient operation, and ensuring an outstanding culinary experience for our guests.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years Proven experience as a Sous Chef, preferably in a banquet or high-volume setting.
- Nassau County Food Managers Certificate
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences with attention to detail.
Schedule: Nights and weekends as business dictates. Flexibility is key to accommodate event schedules.
