PREP & PRODUCTION CHEF
We are seeking a highly skilled, talented, fast, and experienced cook to join our team and become an integral part of our culinary production. As a key player in our kitchen, you will be responsible for producing the essential components that make our meals delicious. If you are not just a production chef but the engine that drives our machine, we want to hear from you.
Example of Key Responsibilities:
- Perfectly marinate, cook, and slice 20 cases of chicken thighs
- Cut, season, and roast vegetables in high-temperature ovens
- Delicately sear salmon on the plancha
- Patiently cook 80 pounds of farro
- Diligently cut and clean 4 cases of leeks
- Quickly produce 300 seasoned lime slices
- Effortlessly make 300 meatballs
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and produce high-quality results under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and precision in food preparation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
