Zen Home Cleaning, New York City’s premier luxury housekeeping service, is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our elite team. This role is hands-on: you will clean alongside team members while training, coaching, and mentoring new staff to ensure they perform at Zen Home’s 5-star standard.

✅ What You’ll Do
Provide meticulous, white-glove cleaning in luxury residences
Train, coach, and mentor new team members while on-site
Ensure quality control and uphold luxury service standards
Organize and maintain homes with precision and care
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Demonstrate absolute discretion and confidentiality
✅ What We’re Looking For
Supervisor experience AND professional cleaning experience
Experience in luxury homes, 5-star hotels, or private estates is a major plus
Excellent communication + customer service skills
Ability to lead others, motivate teams, and manage training
Reliable, punctual, polished, and professional
Authorized to work in the U.S. & able to pass background screening
Must love delivering perfection and exceed client expectations
