MAINTENANCE - $24.11/hr
The primary purpose of the job position is to inspect, maintain and repair the facility (Nursing Home) environment and equipment, and maintain quality maintenance services throughout the facility
REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- 3 yr. experience in building/plant maintenance preferred
- High School or Trade School diploma.
- Must possess all certificates of fitness and licenses as may be required by federal, state or city codes.
- Ability to use standard tools and follows safety precautions.
- Ability to read write and speak the English language.
- The ability to work effectively and professionally in Nursing Home environment also preferred
