Job title: Experienced Personal Injury Associate Attorney
A small Plaintiff's Personal Injury firm looking for an experienced Associate Attorney for full time position at the office. Responsibilities to include:
Drafting pleadings and discovery responses
Drafting and arguing motions/oppositions/reply papers
Negotiating cases to resolution
Communicating with clients and opposing counsel
Mediating and/or arbitrating cases
Drafting of trial documents and conducting trial preparation
Experience conducting and defending EUOs/50h examinations/EBTs - preferred but not required
Trial experience - preferred but not required
Ideal candidate must be well organized, have excellent writing and communicating skills, and Knowledge of word document.
Salary commensurate with experience - compensation: $85,000- $90,000 depending on experience. Additional bonus available based on annual performance
