We are a prominent immigration law firm with offices in Brooklyn & Manhattan. We currently have a staff of about 20 employees and are seeking to immediately hire an Office Manager.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of one full year of managerial experience in a law firm (preferably immigration law), fluency in a 2nd language, and a strong understanding of immigration law.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage staff to ensure that assigned work is timely completed;
Manage financials and contact clients with outstanding balances;
Manage attorney calendars;
Manage court calendar;
Schedule and attend department meetings;
Take notes during department meetings;
Communicate with clients;
Conduct interviews;
Weekly brainstorming meetings with owner;
Create weekly and monthly financial reports.
This is a full-time in office position (this is not a remote or hybrid position). The hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The starting salary is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 yearly (depending on experience) plus overtime, yearly bonuses, fully paid medical and dental insurance (no employee contributions), 401k plan with matching, paid time off, and a tremendous opportunity for growth.
