Prepare, organize, and manage documents for lawyers and official filings
Assist with administrative tasks: paperwork, filing, follow-ups, and legal documentation
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate research, drafting, and organization
Maintain strict discretion and handle sensitive information with professionalism
You Are:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Experienced in a legal office, paralegal work, or administrative support for lawyers
Strong in written communication and research
Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Notion, AI tools)
Trustworthy and discreet
Extra Points For:
Experience with LLC formation/dissolution or business filings
Comfort coordinating with lawyers and navigating legal document requirements
